Welcome to www.fireplacechalet.com.  Fireplace Chalet Limited and team provide services subject to notices, terms and conditions as set out below. By accessing, browsing, or shopping on this website, you agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement. Please read them carefully.

Placing an order

When a customer places an order through our website, you are making an offer to buy our goods. You will be asked to submit personal information including your name, address, billing address, email address, delivery address, and a contact telephone number. We may use your email address for marketing unless you specifically inform us not to do so.

How we process orders

We process all orders on our website (www.fireplacechalet.com) using our website provider. When we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail of your order. We will not proceed with your order until full payment has been received. When we receive full payment for the product, we will immediately contact our manufacturers who will then proceed to dispatch your product. We will contact you via email to inform you of the dispatch date and also an estimated arrival date. You will also be given a tracking number for your product.

Cancellation/Exchange

If you place an order and want to cancel the order, you may do so with no administrative costs provided your product has not been dispatched. If your product has already been dispatched, you will be liable for any additional costs of redelivery. If you change your mind and choose a different product and the new product is more expensive, you will be required pay the difference in full before we can dispatch your product. If the new product cost less, we will calculate the difference and pay it into your account within 14 days. Please note that all refunds will be paid into the same account you used to make your payment. If you wish to cancel your order completely, you will be refunded the full amount you paid for the product. If the product has already been dispatched, you will be liable to pay the delivery cost. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed on our website (www.fireplacechalet.com).

Payment

We accept payment from most credit and debit card providers. At the time of placing your order, we take payment from our site payment service provider. We also accept payment via PayPal and we ask that you familiarise yourself with PayPal’s policies before selecting this payment method. We do not store your credit or debit card details or share it with a third party. We will only dispatch items once we have received full payment.

Prices

Prices displayed on our website (www.fireplacechalet.com) will be the price you pay, unless there is a promotion or a special offer on our website. In the event that we have made an error on our website, you may purchase a product for the price shown on our site. All our prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and includes VAT on the products. We reserve the right to change our prices without notification.

Special offers

We may offer special promotions or discounts on some of the products at any time. Promotions and discounted products will return to RRP once the offer has expired. Please note that if you wish to return an order, you will only be refunded for the full amount that you paid.  

Our stock

All orders are placed directly with our manufacturers and while we make every effort to ensure we display our stock correctly, sometimes we may encounter stock shortfall. In the event of this or should we be unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you immediately with any relevant details to your order. This may include any potential delay to your delivery. Should we be unable to provide you with an acceptable delivery time, you will be entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Delivery time

Once we have received full payment for your order, we will work with our suppliers and aim to dispatch your order within 7 – 14 days, and to deliver your product within 21 days. In the unforeseen event of products being out of stock, your order may take longer than usual. In this event we will update you on the order status and any extended delays will be communicated to you. We shall therefore be under no liability for failure to deliver within the timescale or any delay which may occur. You can contact us at any time for an update on your order. We will require an adult age 18 or over to sign for the goods. Tip – we advise you to book instillation of you products once you have received them due to any circumstances beyond our control.

Failure to deliver

If we attempt to deliver your product to your chosen delivery address and an adult is not available to sign for and accept the delivery, you order will be returned back to our warehouse. A redelivery charge of £50 will be required, for which ‘you’ the customer will be liable for. Once this payment has been received, we will aim to redeliver your order as soon as possible.

Damaged goods

If you notice your product has sustained damage during transit, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We asked that images of the damaged product to be sent via email to info@fireplacechalet.com before we can proceed with a replacement or a refund. We will not offer a refund or replacement if the damaged product has been installed. This does not affect your product manufacturer warranty.

Warranties and guarantees

All of our products come with a manufacturer guarantee which will commence from the day of purchase. Should your item develop a fault within this period, please use the user manual and follow instructions within the warranty. To register your guarantee, complete and return the guarantee claim card supplied with your new product or click here to complete you online registration.

GDPR

We take your privacy very seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your account to fulfil your order. We will only contact you for the administration of your order or for any issues that may arise after the sale. Your personal details will only be passed on to third party companies for the purpose of administering your order or any after sale issues.
