1. Do I need a chimney or flute to have an electric fire installed?

    No. Electric fireplaces do not let off any fumes, soot or gasses meaning there is nothing to get rid off. The great thing is just to simply install the fire, plug it in, turn it on and enjoy.

  2. Do I need a professional to install my fire?

    You only need professional builder to cut the opening for the insert fires. All of our Celsi brands can be installed by the user. Simply place it in your hearth surrounding/hang it on the wall, plug it in and turn it on.

  3. How can I clean my electric fire?

    Please ensure that the fire has been turned off and allowed to cool before cleaning. Use a damp (not wet) cloth and gently wipe over the fire. Household glass cleaner may be used on the fire glass however please ensure not to use any other abrasive cleaner or chemical cleaning agent

  4. Where can I buy spare parts for my fire?

  5. Can I use my electric fire as a primary heat source?

    We recommend you use your electric fire in conjunction with central heating and not solely as the heat source.

  6. Are deliveries affected by Covid-19 pandemic?
